Terms & Conditions

By renting a vehicle from All Smith Autosports, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all rentals, including daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term agreements. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not rent or operate any vehicle from our fleet.

Renters must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid, unexpired driver's license. International renters must provide a valid passport and an International Driving Permit where applicable. A major credit or debit card is required for the security deposit. We welcome gig workers and do not require perfect credit — just a valid license and proof of income.

We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rental options. Economy vehicles are priced weekly for the best value, while exotic and luxury vehicles are priced per day. Long-term renters receive discounted weekly and monthly rates. Rates are confirmed at the time of booking and include standard vehicle maintenance for long-term rentals.

A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. Deposits are lower for gig workers and long-term renters. Payments are due in advance for the selected rental period. Weekly billing is available for gig workers to align with your income cycle. All payments must be made via credit card, debit card, or approved electronic transfer.

All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. Renters must return the vehicle with the same fuel level. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a refueling charge will apply at current market rates plus a service fee.

Daily and weekly rentals include unlimited mileage within the state of Georgia. Out-of-state travel must be pre-approved. Long-term rentals include unlimited mileage as part of the agreement. Excessive mileage beyond agreed limits may incur additional charges.

Renters are responsible for maintaining valid personal auto insurance that extends to rental vehicles. All Smith Autosports is not liable for personal injury, loss of personal belongings, or third-party claims arising from the use of the rental vehicle. Optional supplemental coverage may be available — inquire at booking.

Vehicles may not be used for racing, off-roading, towing, or any illegal activity. Only the renter and authorized additional drivers listed on the agreement may operate the vehicle. Sub-leasing or using the vehicle for paid transportation services (other than approved rideshare platforms) is strictly prohibited without written consent.

Renters must report any accident, damage, or mechanical issue immediately to All Smith Autosports. Do not leave the scene of an accident without obtaining a police report when required. Renters are financially responsible for damage caused by negligence, unauthorized use, or violation of these terms.

For long-term and gig-worker rentals, All Smith Autosports covers routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and general upkeep at no additional cost. Renters must promptly report any maintenance needs. Damage caused by neglecting to report issues may be the renter's financial responsibility.

Vehicles must be returned by the agreed-upon date and time. A grace period of one hour is provided. After the grace period, late fees will apply at the daily rate prorated hourly. Failure to return the vehicle may result in it being reported as stolen and additional legal action.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time receive a full refund of the rental fee and deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a one-day rental charge. No-shows forfeit the full deposit. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
